During the warranty period, X-PHY\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0is committed to providing excellent warranty service to our customers. If you experience any issues with your X-PHY\u00ae<\/sup> or laptop, simply reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Our warranty service is subject to the following terms and conditions:<\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0<\/strong>The customer must provide proof of purchase (i.e. serial number) to\u00a0<\/span>validate warranty.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0<\/strong>The product must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with\u00a0<\/span>the manufacturer\u2019s instructions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
