Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a renowned conference speaker, panel moderator and commentator. In addition to being a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on New Agenda for Work, Wages and Job Creation.<\/p>

Annie also chairs the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and serves on the Customs Advisory Council and HR Transformation Advisory Panel. She is currently a board member of Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd, PBA Group, AMTD International Inc., Prime US REIT and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd. She previously served on GovTech, Singapore\u2019s CPF, HMI and K1 Ventures boards.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Annie received a Ph.D. degree in International Finance with Fulbright scholarship from Stern School of Business, New York University in 1988. Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson (Asia), Daniel had a varied career. He served as a criminal prosecutor before deciding to move into the field of intellectual property law where he has worked in both law firms and in-house in multinational corporations. Daniel\u2019s in-house experience included more than a decade as an IP attorney with Motorola Inc and several years as Associate General Counsel for Advanced Micro Devices Inc. More recently, Daniel was an IP Consultant for Exploit Technologies and an instructor at IP Academy Singapore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In addition to extensive experience in transactions involving IP (including M&A, joint ventures, and IPOs), Daniel has prepared and\/or prosecuted more than 300 patents in semiconductor technologies (including memory technologies and semiconductor processing), communication technologies, electric automobile engine control systems, avionics and other software \/ electronics \/ mechanical \/ design areas. He also initiated an Anti-Counterfeiting Program in Asia which consisted of conducting cooperative raids in Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea and Taiwan and working with local and federal governments in China, Australia, Singapore, and the US to stem the manufacture, sale and flow of counterfeit communication products.<\/p>

Daniel has lectured on IP issues in Australia, England, India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the United States, and has been teaching classes in Singapore on patent law, the business of IP (IP valuation and monetization), and patent drafting and prosecution.<\/p>

Daniel is a member of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and is currently serving on the Study & Work Commission 10 (IP Valuation & Licensing).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ted had turned around a British telecommunications equipment company within 1 year and was featured as \u201cthe young dynamos that Asia needs.\u201d He was involved in a few mergers and acquisitions and was instrumental in the public listing of a fintech company.<\/p>
